1) Just ban Adds without a license, a paid for license. ban the practice of setting a large tract of land for sale at a low price, while an essential very small part is set for sale at a much higher price. ban the practice of waterfront land being divided to produce many small parcels.
2) Let any one sell their land, agreed. But ensure that REALTORS posses a license to sell land for profit and they are licensed as per the Real World. Allow Realtors the rights and privileges of realty sales, but with a fee for their license, and a verification system to ensure they are acting fair and correctly. In other words, if they are going to use Linden Labs as an income generation machine, then they have to comply with similar checks and balances as per the real world. It would be good for Linden Labs, and it would be good for the land buyers. It would, at a stroke, eliminate the few who provide a bad service.
